Return Policy

ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE AND MUST BE UN-OPENED WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING INTACT. REQUESTS FOR RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR (30) DAYS ONLY FROM THE INVOICE DATE.

A RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE. A KINDCARE MEDICAL SEATING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE MUST AUTHORIZE A RETURN, ISSUE AN RMA NUMBER AND PROVIDE A RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS IN ADVANCE OF ANY RETURN. RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS ARE VALID ONLY FOR 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE. ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO THE LOCATION SPECIFIED BY THE KINDCARE MEDICAL SEATING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED:

MERCHANDISE THAT FOR HYGIENIC AND SAFETY REASONS CANNOT BE BROUGHT BACK INTO STOCK. EXAMPLE:MEDICAL RECLINERS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED, ASSEMBLED AND USED (EVEN FOR A BRIEF TIME).

MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN OPENED AND NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

CUSTOM OR DISCONTINUED ITEMS.

ANY MERCHANDISE ACCEPTED WITH FREIGHT DAMAGE.

ANY MERCHANDISE WITH EXPIRATION DATES.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION
KINDCARE MEDICAL SEATING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION WHETHER AN ITEM QUALIFIES FOR CREDIT OR FOR RETURN AS WARRANTY, QUALITY, OR DAMAGED GOODS (OTHER THAN FOR FREIGHT DAMAGE) AND WHETHER TO REPAIR, REPLACE OR PARTIALLY REPLACE ANY SUCH ITEM.

-MERCHANDISE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF IT IS OPEN AND NOT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

-SERIALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF THE SERIAL NUMBER IDENTIFIER IS DIFFERENT, MISSING, DAMAGED, TAMPERED WITH OR OTHERWISE ALTERED OR MODIFIED.

PLEASE NOTE:
DUE TO MANUFACTURERS’ RETURN POLICIES RETURNED MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN OPENED AND IS NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH MANUALS AND ACCESSORIES WILL BE REFUSED AT YOUR EXPENSE. A CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE HONORED.

ELIGIBILITY
DUE TO MANUFACTURERS' RETURN POLICIES MERCHANDISE MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IN ORDER TO BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

- MERCHANDISE MUST BE UN-OPENED WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING, MANUALS, AND ACCESSORIES.

- A RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE.

- REQUESTS FOR RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR (30) DAYS ONLY FROM THE INVOICE DATE.(KINDCARE MEDICAL SEATING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION WHETHER AN ITEM QUALIFIES FOR CREDIT OR FOR RETURN)

-MERCHANDISE MUST BE PROPERLY PACKAGED, UN-OPENED AND IN THE SAME QUANTITY AS SOLD.

-THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CARTON MUST BE USED TO AVOID DAMAGE DURING RETURN SHIPPING.

-A CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING RETURN SHIPPING DUE TO IMPROPER PACKAGING.

RETURN CHARGES
ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS, OTHER THAN WARRANTY ITEMS, ARE SUBJECT TO A HANDLING/RESTOCKING FEE OF 25% OF THE SALE PRICE.

IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED ONCE THE ITEM HAS SHIPPED, OUR STANDARD RETURN POLICY APPLIES. YOU WILL NEED TO ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THE ITEM, OBTAIN A RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) AND THEN SHIP THE ITEM BACK AT YOUR EXPENSE.
